Rainier Family is an invite-only assistant for one household. It helps authorized family members find and summarize information from services they choose to connect.
Optional Google connection
An adult household member can choose to connect their Google account for read-only help with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, and Tasks. Rainier uses private local processing to answer requests and prepare summaries. The initial Google connection cannot send or delete email or change Google content.
Each adult’s account is separate. Sharing selected reads with another adult household member requires an explicit household sharing choice. Children’s accounts are not connected automatically.
Control stays with the account owner
Connecting a Google account is optional. Account owners can revoke Google access at any time. See the privacy policy for what Rainier reads, what may be retained locally, and how to request removal.
